PURPOSE:To eliminate wiring work for crossover tracks and to prevent a wiring mistake by winding each-phase winding of three phases in series wherein the first phase and one-half of the second phase are wound on an inner layer and the remaining half of the second phase and the third phase are wound on an external layer respectively. CONSTITUTION:In a three-phase stator winding, each-phase coil of phase U, phase V, phase W is wound by crossover tracks, 13A, 14A, and 15A in series respectively and each phase is formed as coils 13, 14, and 15 having two lead wires. And the first phase (phase U) out of the three phase is consisted as an external layer coil and one-half of the second phase (phase V) and the remaining half of the second phase (phase V) are wound on an inner layer and an external layer respectively to compose external and inner layer coils each other and the third phase (phase W) is consisted as the inner layer coil to wind each of them on a stator iron core. In this way, the number of lead wires will be reduced by half as the crossover tracks are not cut down and inferior goods by erroneous wiring will not occur. |
