PURPOSE:To prevent the lower end part of a bobbin part from deforming and also to prevent the deformation from generating over the whole bobbin part, by forming the covering part of a lower end surface into a body so that not only the internal surface of the bobbin part but also the lower end part will be covered with a jig. CONSTITUTION:Lower end part 7a is so formed in a body that jig 7 will cover not only the inside of bobbin part 1b but also lower end part 1d. Consequently, covering part 7a of the lower end part stops the formation of lower end part 1d of bobbin part 1b and also a surface set layer under the internal surface even if a surface receives a setting treatment, so that a speaker diaphragm having the lower end part of bobbin part 1b free of deformation is obtained. |
