The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented extract of Crataegus pinnatifida BUNGE, and to a functional cosmetic composition containing the fermented extract. The cosmetic composition of the present invention shows improved antioxidant ability by increasing elution of effective bioactive components such as polyphenol and flavonoid contained in Crataegus pinnatifida BUNGE, by extracting and fermenting Crataegus pinnatifida BUNGE by means of a skin-derived fermenting lactobacillus strain and intestinal lactobacillus. Thus, the composition exhibits effects such as skin antiinflammation, promotion of skin cell proliferation, wrinkle prevention, skin moisturization, and skin-whitening. |
