PURPOSE:To obtain a noncarbon pigment material by admixing wax to a liquid to which crystal violet lactone, diphenylethanes and chlorinated paraffine are melted and solidifying the admixture. CONSTITUTION:A liquid obtained by melting crystal violet lactone, mineral oil and diphenylethanes and chlorinated 40 used as a softener at the normal temperature at the rate of approximate 1.5:30:10 and wax acquired by melting carnauba wax, paraffine wax and sericin wax at the rate of approximate 50:100:5 are admixed and agitated and solidified. A noncarbon pigment material gained is excellently melted with a pigment agent or a solvent by the action of the chlorinated paraffine 40 as the softener while being unified with wax, and the surface of the pigment agent is encapsulated in capsules, thus preventing the appearance of fouling to the outside even when an upper sheet and a lower sheet are stacked and left as they are. |
