PURPOSE:To obtain excellent tracking characteristics even if there is time lag occurrence in a digital arithmetic processing part, etc. by transmitting a pilot signal inserted in a channel which is predetermined at the transmitter side. CONSTITUTION:A signal arriving at input terminal 10 is sampled by sampling circuit 11 and encoded by A/D converter 12. On the basis of the complex pilot signal, digital arithmetic processing part 13 detects a phase sifference and frequency difference to control voltage-controlled oscillator 22, controlling the phase of sampling circuit 11. |
