PURPOSE:To stabilize a signal output by constituting a signal transmitting circuit which is used for a frequency-division multiplex communication system, with two differentially-coupled circuits and a switch connected in series to those circuits. CONSTITUTION:Two differentially-coupled circuits consisting of transistors 3-2- 3-5 turn on-off by turns in every half cycle of signal 3-1. To the base of current source transistor 3-6 in the differentially coupled circuit, the voltage that corresponds to the on-off operation of switch 3-22 is applied through LPF (consisting of resistances 3-15-3-16, amplifier 3-21, etc.), and to current source transistor 3-7, a voltage equivalent to the voltage applied to the base of transistor 3-6 when switch 3-22 turns on and off is applied continuously. In this circuit, no high level of signal 3-1 is required, so that the signal is taken out from terminal 3-23 by compressing the fluctuations of its output level. |
