<p>It incorporates a continuous casting mould (1) inclined with respect to horizontal, at the level of which asymmetrical electromagnetic means (4), powered with multiphased current, allow the rotation of the molten metal about the axis of the mould. Whenever tube blanks are being cast, the blank extracted from the mould is bent and then brought back to the mould, following an inclined path, other electromagnetic means (11) then giving the still liquid metal a rotation movement in the axial zone in order to form a well the axis of which is the same as that of the blank.
