The present invention relates to an extremely deformable structure comprising a basic displacement unit. The basic displacement unit consists of m polygonal basic unit cells disposed adjacent to each other, m separation units formed between the m basic unit cells, and junction units formed between the basic unit cells to connect the basic unit cells. Each of the junction unit has a junction unit pattern in which an outer junction unit disposed in the outer portion of the basic unit cell and an inner junction unit which is not in contact with the outer portion of the basic unit cell is sequentially repeated. The basic displacement unit has an embedded form in which the relative positions of the m basic unit cells are changed according to the junction unit pattern to be activated (here, m is an integer of four or six). In addition, the present invention relates to a lithium secondary battery made from the extremely deformable structure. The extremely deformable structure can be two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally deformed by external stimuli.
