PURPOSE:Piles of tangle flakes whose water content has been adjusted are pressed to cut perpendicularly to the fiber direction, thus producing molded pieces of tangle flakes that has sure and stable shapes at the cut ends. CONSTITUTION:Thin films of tangle are softly piled in the fiber direction and the piles are stood in a moistening chamber where the content of the piles is adjusted to over 15%, preferably 20-30%. When necessary, a food adhesive as gelatin or the like is applied to the part to be cut of the piles and then cut into pieces, with an appropriate length. |
