PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding wheel and a grinding device which can efficiently cool a grind stone.SOLUTION: A grinding wheel (46) is structured by arranging a first annular stone (48a) in which a grind stone is arranged annularly with a first diameter and a second annular stone (48b) in which a grind stone is arranged annularly with a second diameter larger than the first diameter on a wheel base (47). A water channel (50) is formed between an outer side surface of the first annular stone and an inner side surface of the second annular stone at a predetermined interval, and a through hole (51) communicating with the water channel is formed on the wheel base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
