PURPOSE:To enable seperation of waterdrops having a large diameter and to improve a humidifying performance, by a method wherein, in a humidifier, a partition is positioned in a flow path of air current containing waterdrops, and an eddy current is generated at the rear of the partition when the air current passes through the partition. CONSTITUTION:An air current, generated with a blower 4 actuated, flows in the directions 31 and 32 by means of a guide, and the air current, flowing in the direction 32, flows in the direction of a partition 1 containing evaporated water, produced from the surface of a water tank 5, or waterdrops produced by means of an ultrasonic oscillator 6. Comparatively large-sized waterdrops, contained in the air current, are shut off by means of the partition 1, and simultaneously, they are seperated for removal by means of an eddy current generated when the air current passes through the partition 1. This enables only proper-sized waterdrops drops to be contained in the air current, and causes discharge of said waterdrops to the outside of a humidifier. Said partition 1 may be positioned so that it can move vertically or can incline through the wind velocity, and this enables given-sized waterdrops to be contained in a constant manner. |
