PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost input/output module having a small mounting area that can suppress the amount of heat generation of the whole IO module without adversely affecting output accuracy and the like and can achieve miniaturization and cost reduction of a control system.SOLUTION: An input/output module for connecting a control unit constituting a control system and an externally provided field apparatus includes: a current source that outputs a predetermined drive current to the field apparatus; function mode selection setting means that selectively sets the input/output module to a desired function mode; and a power supply circuit that supplies a predetermined power supply voltage to the current source according to the set function mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
