The pump comprises an aspiration valve (28) and a delivery valve (20), the latter of which, by means of the thrust of a spring, blocks a passage (14) which exists in the rod of an axially mobile actuating unit (12). The delivery valve (20) is mounted so as to slide in the cylinder (8), and together with the axially mobile actuating unit (12) forms a delivery chamber (23) which communicates by means of at least one duct (24) present in this valve (20), with a chamber (11) for aspirating and compressing the fluid which is disposed between the two valves (20, 28). <IMAGE>
