PURPOSE:To obtain the magnetic substance layer excellent in the scattering of metallic magnetic powder, by using the specific fatty acid salt and resin binder. CONSTITUTION:Lanolin acid salt (0.3-5wt% to metallic and magnetic powder) such as lanolin fatty acid calcium, polyvinyl chloride-polyvinyl acetate copolymer, irethane prepolymer being low molecular weight polyurethane resin of normal chain having free isocianate radical at both ends and having 2,000-10,000 average moleculor weight, and magnetic paint made of metallic and magnetic powder, are coated on the base to constitute the magnetic recording medium. |
