PURPOSE:To remarkably increase the bonding force of magnetic film without sacrifying the electromagnetic characteristics, by coating the magnetic paint mixing the phosphate consisting of alcohol, binder, magnetic powder and curing component with specific ratio to the base. CONSTITUTION:The phosphate consists of alkyl radical, and the addition of etylene oxide or propylene oxide is <5mol, and the binder is contained by 15-25pts.wt. to the magnetic powder. Further, for example, after adjusting the magnetic material with the composition shown in the example of execution, this magnetic paint is coated on the base to obtain the magnetic recording medium according to normal means. Thus, even if coating is made for the magnetic material after a long time, there is no difference from the orientation, surface property or other properties in comparison with quick coating, allowing to remarkably increase the bonding force of the magnetic film without sacrificing the electromagnetic property. |
