Compounds of the formula: wherein: n is 1 or 2; R1 is fluorine or X is sulfur, sulfinyl or sulfonyl; R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, and R7 are individually alkyl having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms. The compounds of this invention are useful for controlling insects, mites and nematodes.
