Disclosed is an organic light-emitting device having high efficiency and long lifespan. To this end, the organic light-emitting device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode; a light-emitting layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; a hole transporting region interposed between the light-emitting layer and the first electrode; and an electron transporting region interposed between the light-emitting layer and the second electrode.
