<p>PURPOSE:To easily manufacture the titled magnetic material of complicated shape at low cost, by supporting the projections protruding out of the both ends of the permanent magnet made of the rare earth Co on the supporting part of the mold made of the heat-resisting rubber, by pouring the molten metal of comparatively low melting point through the pouring gate, and by rotating the mold. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical permanent magnet 1 made of rare eath Co is supported by the holder 7 of the holding body 2; this holding body 2 is constituted of the material to cause no deformation by the heat above 400 deg.C, the brass for instance, and the projections 3, 4, are installed at its both ends, and the holder 7 is installed between these projections 3, 4. The supporting parts 10, 11, for supporting the projections 3, 4, are formed at a position far from the center of rotation of molds 8, 9, being constituted of the heat-resisting rubber like as silicone rubber; when the magnet 1 is supporting parts 10, 11, the cavities 12 are formed between the inner wall of molds 8, 9, and the magnet 1, and between the inner wall of molds 8, 9, and the holder 7 of the holding body 2; then, the molten metal of low melting point is poured from the pouring gate 13 through the molten metal guide path 14; and the molds 8, 9, are rotated so as to fill up the cavities 12 with the molten metal; after cooling process, the magnet 1 is taken out; hereby, plural pieces of ornamental materials, whose entire surface except the projections 3, 4, being covered by the low melting point metal 15, are cast at one time.</p> |
