The accordion key lever assembly comprises a key (10) connected to a lever (12) whose end carries a closure member (14,16) for a treble tone port. The key is provided with an opening (24) at its underside which extends at right angles to the key adjacent to the lever and serves as bearing for the pivot. This opening forms a snap-in connection for the pivot. The opening may be arranged in a separate element (22) secured to the underside of the key. The element may have projections to correctly locate the bearing relative to the key.
