Frame hung prefab. wall panelling - has intermediate compensating screen and top and bottom tongues on narrower frame

Prefab. cladding panels are hung on a support structure fastened to a wall, to form wall panelling. Use is made of a support frame (6), of panel height, slightly narrower than panel width. An intervening screen is fixable with its peripheral areas to the adjacent frame sides. A bottom tongue (19), extending crossways to the panels, is fixed to the wall, with its top edge overlapped and gripped by the bottom edge of the panel. A top tongue (24), parallel to the first, has its bottom edge similarly overlapped by the panel top edge. No skilled labour is required for mounting, and prefabricated panels can be used, with intermediate screens providing compensation.
