<p>The machine for impregnating wooden planks with liquid preservative has a working chamber mounted in housing so that it can be easily removed for cleaning. The preservative is supplied from a container via a filter, a suction line and a pump. It is applied by sprays. Excess preservative is removed by rotating brushes which can be continuously adjusted to suit the cross-section of the wooden plank. The liquid removed is collected by a sloping pan and returned to the container by a line. The machine is particularly suitable for treating small quantities.</p> |
