The indexing mechanism has the correction for the end of the mouth achieved by an auxiliary weighted drive. The normal indexing is effected by an electric motor controlled by an electric or electronic 24 hour switch and coupled to a conversion gear. An intermediate shaft rotates once for each indexing step and cooperates with a rotary switch for subsequent disconnections of the electric motor. The auxiliary weighted drive acts on a second indexing shaft for supplementary indexing, with the drive weight suspended by a coil spring with its coil windings remaining in contact. The pre-tension of the spring is greater than the force of gravity of the drive weight.
