<p>Synergistic anti-angina and revascularisation composition contains 3-(1-benzylcycloheptyloxy)-N,N-dimethylpropylamine, benzcyclane or halide (I), or its acid addition salt (pref. the fumarate) in association with (a) N-(3,3-diphenylpropyl)-alpha-methyl-benzylamine, (III), or its acid addition salts (pref. the hydrochloride), in a weight ratio of 75-225:40-120, pref. 75:40, and with classical supports, additives, adjuvants, etc. Synergistic anti-angina and revascularisation composition which avoids side-effects encountered with the individual cpds. Oral unit doses of 75 mg. of (I) and 40 mg. of (II) or (III) are pref. administered 3 times daily in the treatment of adults.</p> |
