<p>1. Electrolysis device for percolating a solution with a view to an electrochemical reaction, characterized in that it comprises : a) n electrodes consisting of beds of electrically conductive particles in contact each with a separate or not separate electric connection, the direction of the solution flow being the same in each bed and each bed having a first same polarity, and b) at least (n+1) counter-electrodes having a second polarity opposite to that of the beds of particles, and associated with adjusting means permitting to impose on each of them a separate potential permanently adjusted in order to maintain constant the bias of the porous electrode at its end which is the closest to the counter-electrode, n being equal to or higher than 1, said electrodes and counter-electrodes being disposed in such a manner that the resulting electric field and the solution flow directions are either colinear or perpendicular.</p> |
