<p>PURPOSE:To ensure a constant-speed forwarding, fast forwarding, rewinding and others of a tape and then realize a small size for the driving mechanism of a tape recorder, by biasing the 4th rotor to the left or right according to the rotating direction of the 3rd rotor and thus securing a selective engagement for the 4th rotor with the 1st or 2nd rotor. CONSTITUTION:With a high-speed rotation of the motor 31 in the forward direction, the center pulley 16 and the gear 19 are also turned in the same direction. The gear 25 has a reverse rotation in the direction of the arrow B. As a result, a rotary bias force is applied to the switch driving plate 21 to secure an engagement between the gears 15 and 25 on the reel drive disk 13, and thus the disk 13 is turned toward the arrow C to give a fast forwarding to the tape. When the motor 31 has a high-speed rotation backward (toward the arrow D), both the pulley 16 and the gear 19 are also turned in the same direction. And the gear 25 turns toward the arrow E. As a result, the plate 21 is biased in turning to secure an engagement between the gear 25 and the gear 14 on the reel drive disk 12. Thus the disk 12 is driven toward the arrow F to perform a tape rewinding action.</p> |
