发明名称 CRYOSTAT
摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease the infiltration of heat and improve mechanical strength by a method wherein a fibriform high specific-strength material is glued and fixed with high adhesive resin, filler metal, both ends thereof have fitting holes, is buried and a supporting member of a cryostat is formed. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 3 housing liquid helium and a superconductive coil and a vessel 4 mounted for evacuating and heat-insulating the vessel are suspended by means of supporting members 6. The supporting members 6 consist of fibriform high specific-strength materials 6, such as glass fiber and polyamide fiber. The fiber directions of the materials are conformed to the directions 6d of pull strength functioning to the supporting members 6, and the materials are wound around filler metal 6c with fitting holes. The materials are fastened and molded with high adhesive materials 6b such as epoxy resin. Thus, the sectional areas of the supporting members 6 are reduced, the infiltration of heat is decreased while tensile strength is enlarged and mechanical strength can be increased.
