PURPOSE:To ensure an effective correction for a shift of the response time of a subject to be controlled, by calculating the amount of the feed forward of a direct digital control DDC controller including the delay time adjusting parameter. CONSTITUTION:For a combustion furnace FUR, the temperature detection output PVT sent from the temperature detector DTT is compared with the temperature target value SVT by the temperature control meter TIC. And an operation is given to the deviation of comparison to obtain the correcting amount of the operation output MVA to the air flow rate control valve CVA. This correcting amount is added to the preceding operation output value and then sent to the valve CVA. In this case, the amount of feed forward FF is calculated for the next operation, and the coefficient showing the FF gain plus the delay time adjusting parameter alpha are included into the calculation mentioned above to obtain the operation output to the valve CVA. Thus an FF is possible in a comparatively short time for the correcting amount of the operation output MVF to the fuel supply control valve CVF. Accordingly a delay of the response time can be reduced to a change of the control signal. |
