PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous irradiation of a laser beam to a measuring light generating part and adhesion of a scattered material to this part, by cutting off passing of the measuring light during position adjustment and laser working of the material to be worked, in a laser working device where punching light is measured. CONSTITUTION:When material 1 to be worked is set, the first light shielding equipment 11 is opened, and laser beam generating part 2 is closed. After fine adjustment of material 1, signal 16 is applied to control circuit 22, and the punching work is performed by laser beam 4. At this time, the second light shielding equipment 12 is closed to prevent scatterred materials removed by the work from adhering to reflective mirror 32 of measure light generating part 3. After completion of the work, the second light shielding equipment 12 is opened, and measure light 7 passes through provided hole 1a and is received by video camera 9 and is displayed on monitor 10. The size and so on of provided hole 1a are checked on a basis of the displayed image on monitor 10. |
