<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned FRP tube having a strong power for adhering mortar or the like and suitable for catching a steel tube pile driven into the sea by a method werein a thermosetting resin impregnated fabric material is wound on a mandrel around which the recessed and protruded parts forming sheet is wound and the sheet is removed after the fabric material is hardened. CONSTITUTION:A mold releasing material 4 is preferably wound in spiral on a steel belt 3 wound in spiral around the mandrel 2 rotated by a mandrel driving and forming mechanism 1, for example. Subsequently, the recessed and protruded parts forming sheet 5 (preferably a soluble embossed sheet, a textile or the like) is wound in spiral, further, the thermosetting resin impregnated fabric material layer 6 is wound thereon. A surface covering layer 7 is preferably wound lastly and all of them are passed through a device 8 for heating process to harden and release from the mold, thereafter, the mold releasing material 4 on the internal surface of the FRP tube and the recessed and protruded parts forming sheet 5 are removed.</p> |
