<p>The building heat-recovery system has a heat pump extracting heat from the ambient air. The intake air passages, alongside each other, for the heat exchanger and evaporator form part of the roof surface, while a discharge passage for the heated air leads to the opposite side to the air intakes. A three-way valve (10) is mounted in the discharge passage (9), delivering the air either to the outlet (12) or to a circulation conduit (13), the mount (18) of the latter being near the intake (6) of one or more intake passages (4). The valve is thermostat-controlled dependent on the ambient temp. Where the air discharge temp. is above the latter, the discharge air is directed into the conduit.</p> |
