<p>A connected pile-driver operates in conjunction with anchors held on both sides in a bearing block swivelling crossways into a transport and anchorage position, in provision for fixing ramp ends of a bridge, esp. rapidly laid by an armoured vehicle. The bearing block is connected to one device for initiating swivelling, and another for supporting itself in its transport position. It is held to the bridge with a torsion-bar spring interposed, and supported along the bridge via spring elements. The bar spring may have one end held in a sleeve swivelling on the bridge, providing support for the bearing block.</p> |
