PURPOSE:To reduce the calorific value at the connecting part and to contribute to enhance the mechanical intensity of the superconducting coil conductor by a method wherein a crossing superconducting wire to cross the connecting faces of the superconducting coil conductors is buried in the both side stabilizing materials. CONSTITUTION:Pedestal type grooves 5 are provided in the both side stabilizing materials 1 crossing the connecting faces 4 of the superconducting coils 3, 3 being buried with superconducting wires 2 in the inside space of the stabilizing materials 1, and the connecting faces 4 are connected by adhesion with pressure, etc. Then the crossing superconducting wire 6 having the same shape with the grooves 5 is buried therein, and is connected to the superconducting coil 3 by soldering, etc. Accordingly because the current in the superconducting wire 2 is shunted to the crossing conductor 6 at the connecting part, the calorific value at the connecting part can be reduced. Moreover because the crossing conductor 6 is adhered to the faces of the grooves 5, the mechanical intensity at the connecting part can be enhanced. |
