PURPOSE:To obtain the titled lens incorporating the lens base material and hydrophilic resin nature, by curing completely after impregnating hydrophilic macromolecular monomer to the plastic lens of incomplete curing nature and then cross-linkable macromolecular monomer to it. CONSTITUTION:Prepolymer lens 1 not completely cured is immersed in hydrophilic macromolecular monomer or its solution while heating to impregnate the hydrophilic macromolecular monomer and a part is polymerized. The prepolymer lens 2 is immersed in the cross-linkable macromolecular monomer or its solution while heating and the prepolymer lens is obtained by impregnating the cross-linkable macromolecular monomer and polymerizing partly. This lens 3 is lifted up from the impregnation liquid and curing is made completely through the irradiation of ultraviolet ray, radiant ray and electron ray, then the plastic lens having fog resistance is obtained from the surface of plastic incorporating the resin layer having high surface hardness and hydrophilic resin with the plastic lens. |
