PURPOSE:To enhance the operating ratio of the machine tool, by working common parts to be worked simultaneously and by working individual parts to be worked next, when different kinds of parts to be worked are worked by plural working means. CONSTITUTION:The example where through holes are provided on print bases B1 and B2 by the drill press equipped with two drill heads is explained below. Print bases B1 and B2 have through hole parts B1C1, B2C2,...,B2C1, B2C2,... in common lattice positions and individual through hole parts B1P1, B1P2,...,B2P1, B2P2,.... The drill press is NC-controlled, and drill heads are driven simultaneously to bore common parts in the first work process. In the second work process, noncommon parts of base B1 are bored, and next, base B2 is bored. |
