PURPOSE:To absorb heat extremely effectively within a short period of time and accumulate heat by affording a magnetic field and an electric field to a heat accmulating material to accelerate the heat absorbing speed. CONSTITUTION:A heat accumulating material 1 is contained in a case 2, and a plurality of magnets are fitted to the outside of the case 2 and magnetized so that the heat accmulating material 1 enters the magnetic field. An electrode 5 connected to one end of the secondary side winding of a transformer 4 and a grounded electrode 6 are arranged in an opposing manner, and housed in a heat accumulating tank 7. When a current is flowed to the primary side winding of the transformer 4, a high voltage of 3-30kV is generaed at the secondary side of the transformer 4 and a high electric field is generated in the vicinity of the case 2. Under these conditions, the heat absorption speed of the heat accumulating material 1 is accelerated by about 30-40% by the composite effect of the magnetic field and the electric field. When air warmed by the sun is sent into the heat accumulating tank 7 by a blower 8 via a duct 9, heat is effectively absorbed to the heat accumulating material 1. |
