摘要 PURPOSE:To substantially improve the control accuracy by giving weights to the correction value before its renewal corresponding to the number of times past renewals were made when making renewal of correction value for the set value of the ignition period etc. CONSTITUTION:When the controlling factor is knocking, the revolution of the engine and the suction pipe negative pressure are registered according to a program containe in ROM 13a through registers 9 and 10 connected to a crank angle sensor 2 and suction pipe negative pressure sensor 3. The optimum timing setting is calculated by a microcomputer 12a according to the ignition timing setting map in ROM 13b. When a knocking is detected by a knocking sensor 15, its strength is determined by a knocking judging circuit 17 and the required addition correction amount is calculated from such data when the ignition timing correction is renewed, such renewal is made by giving weight corresponding to the number of times the renewals were made in the past to the correction value before such renewal.
