Blends of olefin polymer and nitrile rubber containing compatibilizing block copolymers.

The physical properties of blends of olefin polymer and nitrile rubber are improved by the addition of a compatibilizing amount of a block copolymer comprising nitrile rubber-compatibilizing segments and olefin polymer-compatibilizing segments, which segments may themselves be derived respectively from nitrile polymers and olefin polymers containing graft-forming functional groups. In preferred compositions the nitrile rubber is cured.
