PURPOSE:To measure automatically the density of radioactivity in the air at each spot in the control area of atomic energy facilities with high precision, by collecting and carrying radioactive substances in the air to a sampling point and then by analyzing them. CONSTITUTION:A filter for collecting radioactive substances in the air is installed in pneumatic carrier 6 running in carrier dispatch piping 8 and then carried to sampling point 1 by carriage blower 10 and carriage controller 11. At the sampling point, the filter is taken out of pneumatic carrier 6 by automatic sampling controller 7 and loaded into suction piping 2 and then valve 3 is opened to perform suction for a constant time. After the suction is completed, the filter is collected again and carried to analyzer 4, where it is taken out of carrier 6 automatic analysis controller 9 to take an analysis by analyzer 4. |
