PURPOSE:To expand a temperature measurement range by changing over lead-out periods for a signal from a radiation detector. CONSTITUTION:Controller 4 is provided which changes over lead-out periods for a signal from detector 1. According to the temperature range of a body to be measured, controller 4 outputs a change signal for the lead-out period for the signal from detector 1. When the body to be measured is at a high temperature, this period is increased and when at a low temperature, the period is decreased, so that the time integral value of the output of detector 1 is held in a constant range. Controller 4 processes the signal of detector 1 amplified by amplifier 2 according to the lead-out period and then gives an indication to indicator 3. |
