The anchor bolt is secured by a cone and expanding tongues, the pressure faces of the tongues having no oblique notches, but instead anchoring recesses at right angles to the transverse axis of the bolt. The small bolt flange can have, in the direction of expansion, two opposite recesses engaging with similarly dimensioned protrusions on the seam of the large flange. Bosses can be formed on the bolt body where pressure is greatest, and expansion can be achieved by a wedge driven through the bolt in the direction of the wall.
|
