PURPOSE:To enable high speed processing, by providing the semiconductor memory the same scale as the external memory device in capacity, transferring user's program stored in the external memory device to the semiconductor memory, and accessing the semiconductor memory. CONSTITUTION:A cartridge storing the system program and user's program is loaded to an external memory device 2, and a control memory 6 is started with a CPU1 when the load key of the keyboard 3 is operated, and the content of the memory unit 2 is transmitted according to the control step of the memory 6 for the preparation of start of job. After that, when the user's program after loading of the memory 7 having the user's program area is executed, no normal access is made to the memory unit 2 with CPU1 and the memory 8 is always accessed. Further, after the end of a series of job, the content of the memory 8 is transferred to the memory unit 2 according to the control step of the memory 6 for high speed processing with the operation of damp key of the board 3. |
