PURPOSE:To stabilize control while accelerating the response of a controlling system by negatively feeding back the output voltage of a gate ignition pulse amplifying circuit of a thyristor for controlling exciting currents of an eddy-current coupling through an equivalent current detecting circuit and an equivalent torque circuit. CONSTITUTION:A speed controlling amplifier 12 puts out deviation signals between speed command value from a speed commanding appliance 11 and the speed signals of an induction motor 1 put out from a tachometer generator 5. A phase shifter 13 gives a thyristor 4 controlling the exciting currents of an eddy-current coupling ignition pulse signals through a pulse amplifying circuit 23 in response to the speed deviation signals. The output voltage of the pulse width amplifying circuit 23 is negatively fed back to the phase shifter 13 through an equivalent current detecting circuit 21 and an equivalent torque circuit 22 formed by a primary delay circuit and a parallel circuit of a resistor connected in series with the delay circuit and a differentiation circuit.
