PURPOSE:To shorten a molding process and simplify a molding device by using a shielding material for back surface after turning over a lower mold upside down with respect to a vacuum molding method for lower mold. CONSTITUTION:After a shielding material 2 for cavity is adsorbed by heating on the surface of a matrix 1 fixed onto a base, a mold flask 3 for lower mold is placed on this material 2. Next, heat-resistant particles are packed in this flask 3, after which the particles are evacuated among them to be fixed tentatively, without placing a shielding material for back surface. Next, while reduction of the pressure among the particles is being maintained, the reduction of the pressure between the matrix 1 and the material 2 is released, thence the flaks 3 is carried up and the matrix 1 is removed to from a cavity 4. Next, the flaks 5 formed in this way is turned upside down, and is placed on the shielding material 7 for lower mold back surface stretched on a mold stage 6 and the flask 3 and the material 7 are superposed to finish shielding of the back surface and to complete the lower mold. |
