The invention relates to a reverse gear for boat motors, comprising a secondary shaft journalled in upper and lower bearings 8 and having a central bore 9 in which a dipstick 11 is kept for checking the oil level in the transmission casing. The excellent aspect of the invention is that the dipstick is twisted in screw form such that together with the bore 9 it constitutes a screw pump for feeding oil to the upper journalling 6, 8 of the secondary shaft. <IMAGE> |
