<p>This information pillar is intended mainly for airports, railway stations, town-centres and principal carparks, and is for the benefit of strangers. It displays important and useful information e.g. addresses of local hotels, filling stations, taxis and breakdown services. A local street plan might also be included and the information could be in several languages. The pillar is in three sections: a base 25cm high, a shaft 107cm and the information bearing conical top section 45cm high. The OD is 54cm.</p> |
