PURPOSE:To facilitate the connection of brush and to obtain the compact motor by a method wherein a brush holding part is formed forming an arc-shaped shaft relief part at the center part thereof and having slits at the both end parts, and brushes are pressed into the slits. CONSTITUTION:A copper laminated plate is punched to form a conductive plate 2, the center part thereof is curved in the arc-shape to form the shaft relief part 3 and the holding parts 3a are formed at the both end parts. The slits 3b are formed on the holding parts 3a, inserting pieces 1b at the base parts of the brushes 1 are inserted into the slits 3b to make to come in contact with the conductive part of the conductive plate 2, and inserting pieces 1b are pressed into the remaining gaps in the slits 3b to fix the brushes 1. Said brush device is equipped in the gap of a permanent magnet 10 of the stator. Accordingly, the connection of the brush plates 1 can be made easily and the motor can be miniaturized. |
