The gas pressure regulator ensures that the ignition charge for a gas burner is gradually reached. An inlet chamber in a housing is connected to an outlet chamber via a valve seat controlled by a valve body. The latter is controlled, in turn, by a spring and a diaphragm. One side of the latter is coupled to the inlet chamber via the valve while the other side is coupled to the outlet chamber via a second valve. The second position of the latter connects the inlet chamber to the other side of the diaphragm via a throttle stage. A further throttle stage is switched in series with the first throttle stage when the second valve is in its second position. A valve operated by restoring force is in parallel to the first throttle stage and opened by a signal.
|
