<p>PURPOSE:To improve response characteristic of circuits by a simple constitution by adding a circuit having a controlling loop which detects a change in position of a load and increases or decreases current supplied to a motor according to the change. CONSTITUTION:The motor 5 driving the roll 11 of a rolling mikl is controlled by inputting a signal 1a setting a reference speed in a power source device 4 through the intermediary of an adder 2 and an amplifier 3. Moreover, the roll 11, while driving rolled material 12, contacts with a load cell 14 through the intermediary of a backup roll 13, generates voltage corresponding to the vertical position of the roll 11 and the change in position thereof is inputted in the adder 2 through the intermediary of a differential circuit 15. Accordingly, when the rolled material is caught in, the position of the load cell 14 changes and this is fed back to the adder 2 and increases the current of the motor, and thus the response characteristic is made excellent and thereby the precision of rolling can be improved.</p> |
