An assembly includes a flexible tube of partially cured cross-linked polymer hardened into constrained flat shape and secured to a flexible backing sheet by releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a flexible carbon-faced sheet secured releasably to the backing sheet margin by pressure-sensitive adhesive and overlying the tube so that markings can be applied in a typewriter. The tube is pref. of polyvinylidenefluoride or modified polyolefin, and the carbon may be present as a separate film or a film secured to the front sheet. The assembly pref. holds a number of tubes which are separately removable.
