PURPOSE:To make it possible to decide the coincidence between a processing output signal of the information processed in a processing circuit and forecasting pattern information rapidly and precisely independently of its test pattern by comparing the processing output signal with the forecasting pattern information and generating decision output to decide whether both the singal and information consists with each other or not. CONSTITUTION:A stated pattern information CP which has been previously fixed is sent to picture processing circuit 2 according to modification command CS outputted from a control board which specifies the operation mode of picture modification on the basis of operator's selection although the board is not shown in this figure. According to the modification command CS, pattern generating part 1 sends forecasting pattern information SP of the processing result to be expected to an external device. Then, comparison part 3 compares processing output signal PP of of information CP with information SP both of which are processed in circuit 2 makes decision output JS to decide whether both consist with each other or not generate, making it possible to decide the coincidence independently of the test pattern by checking the operation of circuit 2 electrically. |
